Rental market overview from Goadsby

As a leading agent the Goadsby teams across the area are often asked how buoyant the rental market is and if it is prudent to still invest in the Buy-to-Let market.

A recent report shows tenant demand remains strong with eastern England seeing the biggest net growth in tenant demand with a 48% increase. This was closely followed by the South West – with 45% increase – and the South East and outer London – with 41 and 40% respectively.
